Return and Exchange Policy

Bridge Cutters offers factory warranty as listed at time of sale for plotter units. If you are unhappy with your plotter purchase or any item you have purchased from our site, within the first 30 days, Bridge Cutters will offer and in-store credit. We do not give cash back refunds.

You will be issued a credit equal to the value of your purchase less: shipping and handling cost and a 15% restocking fee on all returned plotters or unused vinyl rolls.

We are not able to issue any form of credit or exchange for the purchase of software, software keys, or software downloads. ALL SOFTWARE SALES ARE FINAL.
